MP 1.3.39: GPS Inject not working

P.S. We define "success" as gpsstatus2 = 4 (or 5) when using a Piksi RTK system with GPS injected into the 3DR telemetry stream. When using MP 1.3.39, gpsstatus2=1. (it never changes to 4 or 5.)
