Pixhawk INS Pre Arm Failure

My pre-arm error wont show anything. Then after disabling INS from pre arms, pixhawk gets armed.
In order to check whether i have problem with hardware, I tried burning quadrotor firmware and after accel and compass calibration it gets armed with all pre arms on. (Shocking).

Please help have any one of you faced similar problem with pixhawk.
