Get Internal Errors 0x100000 when "do stop and restart" command in mission planner sitl

Got this error after updating arduplane sitl to version 4.6.2
Before I use 4.5.5, the command working fine.
Dose anyone know how to solve the problem or how to roll back to the old version.
