General errors shuould have numbers and unical names and wikipage

1. I think that should be separate wiki page with all critical error messages and explanation for them like we have great “Complete Parameter List”.
2. All error messages should have also the uncial number for example “Compasses inconsistent” should be “Error 017 Compasses inconsistent” for easier identification of the problem.

I can try to help with this but my knowledge about all this error messages is still quite limited.
