Rc1_trim value changes after every operation in skid_steering mode

In mission planner:
SKID_STEER_IN=1
SKID_STEER_OUT=1
My 1st motor connected at 1st pin of apm and 2nd motor connected at 3rd pin of apm. I am also using dc motor driver like this

For straight driving i have to get same pwm from apm's 1st and 3rd pins. But after each operation I noticed that RC1_TRIM value has changed.

What am I doing wrong? Is there any idea?
