Greeting
I have been trying to troubleshoot this problems for 3 days. The problem is the video feed from my 5.8 ghz transmitter starts breaking badly to the point where you can not fly at all.
My setup:
F 450 frame
Pixhawk 2.4.8 flight controller
Foxxer v3 camera
5.8 ghz rush tank plus ultimate transmitter
Eachine ROTG02 Receiver connected to phone
They both have lollipop 4 antenna and the are both RCHP
All of this is brand new never been used before.
So far I made sure the problem is not from following:
camera ( I swapped cameras to make sure )
transmitter ( swapped transmitters to make sure )
receiver ( I swapped receivers to make sure )
antenna. ( I swapped antenna to make sure )
The setup work fine when the camera and transmitter are connected directly. There is no video breaking. So there is no problem with wiring.
Also when I connect the camera and transmitter to the flight controller to get OSD the video is fine and not breaking.
I just discovered that the video starts breaking only when I turn on my radio transmitter on ( 2.4 ghz ) which is not supposed to interfere with 5.8 ghz
Arming or disarming the quadcopter dose not seem to make any difference.
The transmitter power is supplied by a separate battery
The Ecs are connected to the frame it self that serve as a power distribution board then connected to the power distribution board for the pixhawk.
Any idea what’s going on here ?
