I think this started in 3.5, but not sure anymore.I've just had to disable the onboard compass (which is COMPASS2_USE 0 unless I made a mistake), and fly with the external compass only (hopefully it's the better one).
On my pixfalcon plane, I ran the compass calibration 3 times, saw compass correction factors, and yet, after reboot, still same problem, won't arm due to compass inconsistency, until COMPASS2 is disabled.
