Testing AC 3.4 RC5 on pixhawk for Singlecopter frame -

I was able to successfully download the firmware on pixhawk. After initial calibration, I was able to arm the motors. but during the test I see the following errors on the graphical interface of mission planner:
1. crashing: disarmed
2. bad AHRS

Please find all the logs in the attached zip file. Any help is appreciated.
